About Me

I am a 23 year old Pastry Chef located in South Brisbane. I first started my little baking business back in early 2019. Since then, I have completed my Cert III in Cake & Pastry whilst still growing my little side business, which hopefully will be more than that one day! A girl can dream, right?

From a young age I was always in the kitchen helping my mum with cooking/ baking. I was fascinated by how creative you can become with baking cakes, From then on, baking had my heart & forever will. 

Why the name Tia? Well Tia is actually my middle name. It means princess, which is ironic for my business. So basically you're ordering princess treats, how cute?!

My small business is operated out of my home kitchen which is fully licensed and registered under the Logan City Council.

My goal is to not only bake delicious treats, but to also bring loved ones together and celebrate.​
