Do you Deliver?
Depending on dates & location most of the time I can deliver for an extra charge depending where you are located. Please include this in your enquiry.
Allergies
I do offer Gluten-Free/ Nut Free options however, they are prepared in the same kitchen with other ingredients.
If you have any allergies please specify this in your enquiry. My home kitchen is registered/ fully licensed through the council.
I do not offer any vegan options at this time.
Where are you located?
I am located in Loganlea. If picking up, I will email you my address a couple of days before pickup
How much notice do you require?
I do require 1 weeks notice, however for larger/ more intricate designs I would recommend to order 3-4 weeks in advanced. This ensures any custom made toppers or any other required elements are delivered in time.
Payment
A 50% Non-refundable deposit is required 24hrs after your order has been confirmed. If failed to transfer that deposit, I can not guarantee that spot will be available for you.
Payment details will be located on invoice.
How do I store my Cake/ Brownies?
Once your treats have been picked up/ delivered I am no longer responsible for any damage or incorrect storage mishaps.
For cakes I would recommend to pop in the fridge as soon as possible and take it out about 1 hour before serving. They can last at room temp in an air tight container for a few days, 1 week in the fridge and a few months if placed in the freezer.
As for Brownies/ Blondies I personally like to eat them at room temp and they can last up to 5 days in an air tight container and over a week in the fridge.
What icing do you use?
I use Swiss Meringue Buttercream for all my cakes. I find it is less sweeter & also smoother than American Style Buttercream.
I do not cover any of my cakes in fondant as I believe everything on the cake should be enjoyed, a lot of fondant isn't really enjoyable for some. However from time to time I will make little edible fondant decorations if needed.
